Every one of the Villas have 70sq meter surface and it is independent . Distributed in two floors, there are two bedrooms (one with "Queen Size" bed 180 cm) and the other one with twin beds, a full equipped bathroom, and another toilet with a shower , a living and dining room with an open kitchen. a veranda, a private garden, and a shared garden as well as 2 parking spaces.
All of the Villas offer a luxurious equipment and furnishings. Full equipped kitchens(dishwasher, washing and drying machine, Nespresso coffee machine...), television in all the bedrooms as well as living room, electric shutters, wifi connection, deposit safe,...
Villas con una superficie de unos 70m2, independientes, distribuidas en dos plantas, con dos dormitorios. El principal con cama de matrimonio «Queen Size» de 180cm de ancho y otro con dos camas individuales. Los dos dormitorios están en la planta superior junto con un baño. La planta baja cuenta con otro baño, un salón-comedor y cocina integrados, un porche, un jardín privado, un jardín comunitario y dos plazas de parking.
Villa with an area of about 75m2, it is independent, it is distributed on two floors and with two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the top floor, it has a 180cm wide «Queen Size» double bed and a separate bathroom. On the ground floor is the other bedroom (two single beds), a bathroom, an integrated living-dining room and kitchen, a porch, a private garden, a community garden and two parking spaces.
